- ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION
1.1 How do I place an order for my child?
Simply browse our collections, select the desired size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you are ready, proceed to checkout. You will receive an automated confirmation email containing your order number immediately after a successful transaction.
1.2 Do I need an account to shop?
While you can check out as a Guest, we recommend creating a Boymyboy Account. This allows you to track your child’s fashion journey, view order history, and save your preferences for a faster checkout next time.
1.3 Can I modify or cancel my order?
We work fast to get your items delivered! You may change or cancel your order only before the fulfillment process begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes. Please contact support@boymyboy.com immediately if you need assistance.
- SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship all orders directly from the United States to ensure your little ones get their new outfits as quickly as possible.

- Shipping Rate: We offer a simple Flat Rate of $6.99 for all orders within the United States.
- Domestic Shipping Only: At this time, we only ship to the 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping.
- Tracking: You will receive a Tracking Number via email once your package leaves our facility. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the status.
- RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
At Boymyboy, your satisfaction is our priority. If a fit isn’t quite right, we are here to help.
3.1 What is your return window?
We offer a generous 90-day return window from the date of delivery.
3.2 Are there any return fees?
No. We offer 100% Free Returns and Exchanges. There are no restocking fees or hidden costs. We want your experience to be risk-free.
3.3 How do I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, it undergoes a brief inspection (1-3 days). After approval, your refund is initiated immediately to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 1–2 business days to reflect in your account.
3.4 Items that cannot be returned:
- Final sale items.
- Boymyboy Gift Cards.
- Personalized or custom-made apparel (unless defective).
- PAYMENT & SECURITY
We provide a secure checkout environment using SSL encryption and PCI-compliant processors.
- Accepted Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Boymyboy Gift Cards.
- Security: Your payment data is tokenized and never stored on our servers. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD), checks, or cryptocurrency.
