1. Overview

Under the DMCA, Boymyboy will:

• Notify the user or party who posted the content.
• Take action against repeat infringers, which may include account restrictions or termination.
  We do not tolerate the unauthorized use of copyrighted materials on our platform.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Boymyboy without authorization, you may submit a formal DMCA Notice. To be valid under U.S. copyright law, your notice must include the following:

• Your full legal name and, if applicable, company name.
• Your contact information, including email address and phone number.
• Identification of the copyrighted work being infringed.
• The exact location (URL) of the infringing material on Boymyboy.
• A statement confirming that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is unauthorized.

3. What Happens After We Receive a DMCA Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Boymyboy will:

• Review the request to ensure all required information is included.
• If valid, remove or disable access to the identified material.
• Notify the individual or entity who posted the content, providing:
  • A summary of the claim.
  • The removed content.
  • Information on filing a counter-notification (if applicable).
    We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in repeated copyright violations.

4. Counter-Notification (If You Believe a Mistake Was Made)

If your content is removed and you believe it was a mistake or you have lawful rights to use the material, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your full legal name
• Contact information (address, phone, email)
• Identification of the content removed, including the original URL
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of federal courts where your address is located (or where Boymyboy is located if outside the U.S.)
• Your physical or electronic signature

Once received, we forward it to the original complainant. If no federal court action is filed within 10–14 business days, content may be restored.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Accounts posting infringing material repeatedly may be suspended or terminated.
Users making abusive or fraudulent copyright claims may be blocked.
We determine when an account qualifies as a repeat infringer.

6. Good Faith and Accuracy Requirements

All DMCA notices and counter-notifications must be submitted honestly and in good faith. False claims may result in legal liability, financial penalties, and account restrictions or termination.

7. Limitations of Liability

Boymyboy is not responsible for:

• Content posted by third-party users
• External websites linked from our platform
• Copyright infringement caused by external sellers or distributors
  Our responsibility is limited to responding appropriately to valid DMCA notices.

8. Updates to This DMCA Policy

We may revise this policy for legal, operational, or procedural updates. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
