8.2 Failed Delivery Attempts

Carriers may hold or return packages if delivery fails. In such cases, reshipment fees may apply.

8.3 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered”, Boymyboy.com is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. Customers should file a claim with the carrier for lost or stolen items.

8.4 Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier issues. These events may affect delivery timelines, and we appreciate your understanding.

  1. Combined Orders & Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages, depending on product availability or packaging requirements. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

  1. Shipping During Peak Seasons

During major holidays or sales events, handling and transit times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing orders early, especially around peak shopping periods.

  1. Damaged Orders During Transit

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with the following details:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will assist you in processing a return or exchange for the damaged item.
